      • Le dépôt des dossiers de candidatures se fait via le portail eCandidat de l'université Lyon I

      Pour l'année 2026-2027, le portail ouvrira le 20 avril 2026 et sera accessible  jusqu'au 24 mai 2026.

      Vous devrez déposer sur ce portail toutes les pièces nécessaires  :

      - Lettre de motivation, CV, relevés de notes et diplômes obtenus depuis le Baccalauréat, attestation de réussite au diplôme Bac+4 (ou date du jury), niveau d’anglais (Liste des enseignements d'anglais), certificat de scolarité de l'année en cours, copie d'une pièce d'identité et fiche de voeux Parcours BMC ;

      - Vous devez déposer 1 dossier par parcours M2 du master BMC si vous souhaitez candidater à plusieurs parcours et remplir une feuille de vœux.

      Les dossiers sont évalués lors d'un jury d'admissibilité au cours d’une commission commune à tous les parcours.

      La deuxième phase (entretiens d’admission) pour les candidats retenus aura lieu en visio-conférence la semaine du 8 Juin 2026 (la convocation sera envoyée par courriel au plus tard le 5 juin).

      Vous recevrez une réponse de la décision de la commission via eCandidat au plus tard le 19 juin 2026.

      Si vous êtes accepté(e), vous devrez confirmer votre inscription avant le 3 Juillet 2026.

      Conditions d'accès

      • Les étudiants scientifiques doivent être titulaires d'un Master 1 relevant des Sciences du Vivant, et avoir de solides connaissances en Biologie Moléculaire et Cellulaire.
      • Les étudiants scientifiques issus d'écoles d'ingénieurs doivent être titulaires de leur diplôme et avoir de solides connaissances en Biologie Moléculaire et Cellulaire.
      • Les étudiants de Santé Humaine, de Santé animale (vétérinaire) ou de Pharmacie doivent avoir validé des modules donnant droit à un niveau M1 (ex : M1 Recherche Biomédicale).

      Application

      Applicants from a country in the European Economic Area (including Andorra, Switzerland and Monaco):

      You must apply via the eCandidat platform (in French) of the University of Lyon I.
      For 2026-2027, the platform will open on 20 April 2026 and will be accessible until 24 May 2026.
      You must submit all the necessary documents via this platform:
      - Cover letter; CV; copies of all diplomas, starting from the Baccalaureate or the high school diploma, and corresponding certificates including rank, number of students in the promotion and the grades of all the courses; certificate of successful completion of the Bac+4 diploma (or provide the planned date of the jury), level of English (List of English courses or Certificate), current year's school attendance certificate, copy of ID or passport and a BMC master's wish list form (see below);
      - You must submit 1 application for each M2 course of the BMC master's programme if you want to apply for more than one course and fill in a wish list. Applications are assessed by an admission committee, which is common to all courses.
      The second phase (virtual interviews) for eligible candidates will take place during the week of 8 June 2026 (the invitation will be sent by e-mail no later than 5 June).
      You will be informed of the committee's decision via eCandidat by 19 June 2026 at the latest.
      If you are accepted, you must confirm your registration before 3 July 2026 using eCandidat platform.
       

      Applicants of other nationalities:

      1. If you reside in a country not subject to the 'Etudes en France' procedure:  You must apply via the eCandidat platform of the Lyon 1 University (see above). If admitted, you must regularize your status with the French consulate in your country of residence. This includes verifying your eligibility to study in France and, if necessary, applying for a student visa.

      2. If you reside in a country subject to the 'Etudes en France' procedure: You must follow this procedure until you obtain a student visa. Contact the Campus France office in your country of residence for detailed information on the enrollment procedure and their specific registration deadlines (usually occurring early in the academic year). If selected, you will be invited to a virtual interview to assess your motivation, general knowledge of biology, and proficiency in English. To find the program on the Etude en France, enter the query: 'Master indifférencié (recherche et professionnel) Sciences, technologies, santé mention biologie moléculaire et cellulaire parcours Biologie Tissulaire et imagerie : morphogénèse et réparation (BioTiss)'.

      For this Master's course, offered as initial or work-study training, the target audience is:
       
      - Scientific students with a validated Master 1 in Life Sciences, with solid knowledge in Molecular and Cellular Biology, or even Biochemistry.
      - Scientific students from engineering schools, who also have advanced training in Molecular and Cellular Biology, or even in Biotechnology, and who have validated their diploma (or their 5th year).
      - Health course students (Doctors, Dentists, Pharmacists or Veterinarians) who have validated modules giving entitlement to a Master 1 level (e.g. M1 Biomedical Research).
      Prerequisites include a sound knowledge of the fundamental mechanisms of cell biology, as well as notions of histology and the principles of cellular and whole-body imaging (refresher modules are available if required).
